Alligator

Alligators are easily recognizable as their lower - jaw teeth aren't visible from the side. These dangerous predators have incredibly strong jaw - closing muscles; only the white shark bites harder. The muscles for opening the snout are so weak that simple tape can keep them shut. Compared to saltwater crocodiles, alligators are smaller and broader. They inhabit rivers and lakes in the southeastern United States and China.

You're observing alligators in their natural habitat. Remember to keep a safe distance as they're wild and dangerous predators. When watching them, use binoculars to avoid getting too close. Don't try to touch or feed them, as this can provoke an attack. Since alligators live in rivers and lakes, if you're boating in their areas, be cautious and keep a lookout. Don't leave food or trash near the water as it may attract them. There's no need for you to maintain them, as they're wild animals. Just enjoy observing them from afar and respect their natural environment.
